What Madena is
Madena is an independent, structured record of UAE property projects, developers and areas, compiled from official public sources and reviewed by people. We are not a broker, agent or developer, we do not sell property, and we receive no payment for ranking or featuring any project.
Information, not advice
Everything on this platform — prices, availability, handover dates, fee estimates, currency conversions and calculator outputs — is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, investment or legal advice. Figures originate from official sources at the time of verification and can change without notice. Always confirm directly with the developer and your own advisors before committing to a purchase.
Currency conversions and estimates
Prices are recorded in UAE Dirhams (AED). Conversions to other currencies use indicative exchange rates and exist for convenience only; the AED figure governs. Cost-of-buying estimates use standard published fee schedules and are illustrative.
Acceptable use
You may browse, link to and quote the record with attribution. You may not scrape the platform at volumes that degrade it, misrepresent Madena data as your own, or use the platform to mislead buyers.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep the record accurate and traceable to its sources, but we cannot guarantee completeness and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the platform. If you find an error, write to corrections@madena.ae and we will re-verify against the official source.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
